Kosova&#8217;ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan Pri\u015ftine Belediyesi&#8217;nin Kentsel Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve 1975 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kosova \u015eehircilik ve Tasar\u0131m Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019ne ge\u00e7ti. Spahiu Pri\u015ftine \u015fehrinde, Kosovafilm ve G\u00fcne\u015ftepe&#8217;deki Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f Merkezi de dahil olmak \u00fczere, bir\u00e7ok bina tasarlad\u0131.
