N\u00eb vitin 1999 ishte an\u00ebtar i delegacionit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn e Paqes n\u00eb Rambuje. N\u00eb vitet &#8217;90 drejtoi K\u00ebshillin Qendror p\u00ebr Financimin e Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs mbajti disa pozita si sh\u00ebrbyes civil dhe k\u00ebshilltar qeveritar.
