Nga viti 1994 deri n\u00eb vitin 2001, punoi n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e t\u00eb Drejtave dhe Lirive t\u00eb Njeriut n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb aktivitetit politik \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 1984 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me gjasht\u00eb muaj burgim me kusht p\u00ebr t\u00eb mitur. Ajo ka qen\u00eb drejtoresh\u00eb ekzekutive e Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Grave dhe t\u00eb F\u00ebmij\u00ebve deri n\u00eb vitin 2016. Aktualisht punon si zyrtare n\u00eb Komisionin Qeveritar p\u00ebr Njohjen e statusit t\u00eb ish t\u00eb burgosurve, t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurve politik.
