Ai ka punuar n\u00eb Entin Pedagogjik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si k\u00ebshilltar p\u00ebr plan dhe analiz\u00eb. Tri vite ka punuar si sekretar i K\u00ebshillit Qendror t\u00eb Financimit t\u00eb sistemit paralel arsimor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve 1990. Nga viti 1997 deri n\u00eb vitin 1999 ka qen\u00eb drejtor i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb botuese Libri Shkollor n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.
