N\u00eb vitin 1996 erdhi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar si diplomat n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e informimit, zyren e par\u00eb amerikane n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Me sh\u00ebrbim n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb vjet.
