Kurse n\u00eb vitin 1956-57 u zgjodh kryetar i Rinis\u00eb Socialiste t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. M\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb vitet 1967-69, ai ishte an\u00ebtar i K\u00ebshillit Ekzekutiv t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Kurse n\u00eb 1976 u zgjodh sekretar i Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen dhe Sigurimin Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb q\u00ebndroi tet\u00eb vite. Detyr\u00ebn e n\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ushtroi deri n\u00eb pensionim n\u00eb vitin 1988.
