Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs prej 2000-2006 ishte pjes\u00eb e grupit t\u00eb student\u00ebve t\u00eb Ballkanit n\u00eb vizit\u00eb studimore nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb republik\u00ebs e Afrik\u00ebs s\u00eb Jugut, kur punoi me grupe t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile; vazhdoi studimet n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb Humanistike Norvegjeze n\u00eb Lillehammer dhe punoi si trajnere n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dialogut. Bala, ka magjistruar n\u00eb departamentin e Socilogjis\u00eb n\u00eb Univerzitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs.
