Ka p\u00ebrfunduar studimet p\u00ebr juridik n\u00eb Universitetin e Beogradit dhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, edhe p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb studimeve ka punuar n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim policor n\u00ebn sisteme t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, pun\u00eb p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cil\u00ebs ai ka udh\u00ebtuar dhe jetuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr shum\u00eb qytete t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Pas studimeve, Hasani u zhvendos n\u00eb Prizren me pun\u00eb ku p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb ka punuar si Komandant i Policis\u00eb atje. N\u00eb vitin 1981 ai hapi zyr\u00eb private t\u00eb avokatur\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ushtron profesionin ende.
