Ka studiuar p\u00ebr aktrim n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb e Teatrit, Filmit dhe Televizionit n\u00eb Beograd, Serbi. Me themelimin e Radio Televizionit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, Qena punoi aty deri n\u00eb vitet e \u201890-ta kur \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur nga regjimi i Millosheviqit. Paralelisht me pun\u00ebn n\u00eb televizion, n\u00eb vitin 1986 filloi pun\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb teatrin e kukullave \u201cDodona\u201d n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, debutoi si regjisore me shfaqjen \u201cPylli \u00ebsht\u00eb i t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve\u201d. Si regjisore n\u00eb teatrit e kukullave \u201cDodona\u201d punoi deri n\u00eb pensionim. N\u00eb vitin 2015 u nderua me \u00e7mimin p\u00ebr \u201cVeprimtari Jet\u00ebsore\u201d nga Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs, Rinis\u00eb dhe Sportit. Qena ka luajtur shum\u00eb role n\u00eb teat\u00ebr dhe film, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb rolet n\u00eb filmat \u201cMartesa\u201d, \u00a0\u201cK\u00ebsulat\u201d dhe \u201c<i>A dream<\/i>\u201d [Nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr].
