N\u00eb kartolin\u00ebn q\u00eb daton n\u00eb vitet 1960, 1970 dhe 1980, shihet duke q\u00ebndruar vet ose me pamje tjera t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb kartolin\u00eb ku q\u00ebndron vet\u00ebm, imazhi i tij jep mesazhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera t\u00eb madh\u00ebshtis\u00eb arkitekturore dhe frym\u00ebs pastorale. Shikuesi t\u00ebrhiqet menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga tet\u00eb gjysm\u00eb rrethe t\u00eb m\u00ebdha betoni, t\u00eb formuar si krah\u00eb t\u00eb hapur q\u00eb rrethojn\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb si glob, e punuar nga trar\u00ebt metalik. Brenda mureve t\u00eb gjysm\u00eb rretheve ka medalione t\u00eb bardha, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb luft\u00ebtar\u00eb individual (163) ose viktima civile (58) t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Monumenti q\u00ebndron n\u00eb nj\u00eb kod\u00ebr me bar\u00eb, lart\u00ebsia e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb nga sfondi- nj\u00eb pamje urbane posht\u00eb e larg\u00ebt , e rrethuar nga mali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pranis\u00eb s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve duke luajtur dhe njer\u00ebzve duke biseduar me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, kjo struktur\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga betoni dhe metali kompenzohet nga pamjet e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar kurr\u00eb me shkat\u00ebrrim, ndoshta p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb avokimit t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb mbijetuar t\u00eb luft\u00ebs Antifashiste Nacional\u00e7lirimtare. Dhe n\u00eb mot t\u00eb mir\u00eb, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt rregullisht luajn\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e rr\u00ebnojave t\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb dikur ishte nj\u00eb pun\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore e arkitektur\u00ebs, si\u00e7 b\u00ebnin n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e m\u00ebparshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb fakti se gjendet n\u00eb tok\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. N\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb tij, nj\u00eb varrez\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar pas vitit 1999, kjo dedikuar d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit, si dhe varri i Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs, presidenti i par\u00eb i Kosv\u00ebs s\u00eb vet\u00eb-qeverisur, i cili vdiq n\u00eb vitin 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ndjenjat e nxitura nga ky monument nuk ishin gjithmon\u00eb neglizhenca dhe mosinteresimi. Fotot arkivore t\u00eb kremtimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetorit t\u00eb tridhjet\u00eb nga pushtimi Nazist, n\u00eb vitin 1974, tregon t\u00ebrheqjen popullore, p\u00ebrtej grupit t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve.
