Meqen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ebse,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> legjislacioni i regjimit t\u00eb Millosheviqit e b\u00ebri gjuh\u00ebn serbe gjuh\u00eb zyrtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe i largoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nga sh\u00ebrbimi publik n\u00eb vitet 1990, shqiptar\u00ebt u p\u00ebrjashtuan gjithashtu edhe nga shkollat. Deri n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1992, shqiptar\u00ebt krijuan t\u00eb ashtuquajturin sistem paralel t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb organizuar kryesisht n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi private. Sht\u00ebpia e re e familjes Hertica u b\u00eb gjimnazi \u201cSami Frash\u00ebri\u201d ku m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ebsimi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zhvillohej n\u00eb tri nd\u00ebrrime. \u201cM\u00eb nuk mund ta imagjinoja t\u00eb jetoja n\u00eb at\u00eb sht\u00ebpi,\u201d tha zoti Aliu-Hertica, \u201cedhe n\u00ebse student\u00ebt do t\u00eb largoheshin nj\u00eb dit\u00eb.\u201d Kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb kolektive kishte ndryshuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyeshme nocionin e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb.
