Instituti Albanologjik i Kosov\u00ebs u themelua n\u00eb vitin 1953 dhe u mbyll p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht pas dy vitesh. T\u00eb riorganizuar n\u00eb struktur\u00eb, studiuesit e Institutit hyr\u00ebn n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn e tanishme n\u00eb vitin 1977. Arkitekti i saj Miodrag Peciq i kushtoi v\u00ebmendje asaj se si drita natyrore do t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb stin\u00ebve. Projektimi i nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs n\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebnyra \u00ebsht\u00eb i informuar nga funksioni i tij: muret e pjerr\u00ebta p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb fasad\u00ebs kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb brend\u00ebsin\u00eb nga rrezet e diellit, duke krijuar nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb k\u00ebndsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr studiuesit.
