Privatizimi n\u00eb vitin 2006 dhe rind\u00ebrtimi i hotelit e ndan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht nga trash\u00ebgimia e saj socialiste. Fasada e xhamit blu me vija n\u00eb dukje elegante dhe trajtimi neoklasik i dritareve harkore dhe shtyllave e kthyen nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb pastish\u00eb stilistike.
