Skena teatrore u zhvillua me shpejt\u00ebsi gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb \u201870-ta dhe \u201880-ta p\u00ebr dy arsye: rikthimi i gjeneratave t\u00eb reja pas studimeve nga qendrat tjera jugosllave dhe hapja e Departamentit t\u00eb Aktrimit n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb Pedagogjike n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 prodhimit teatror, kati p\u00ebrdhes\u00eb i objektit u p\u00ebrdor si hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ekspozuese dhe socializimi i quajtur Klubi i Artist\u00ebve. Ashtu si me \u00e7do institucion tjet\u00ebr relevant n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, statusi i saj ndryshoi shpesh var\u00ebsisht nga klima politike.
