Dizajni i nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb tre krah\u00ebsh n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkronj\u00ebs \u201cU\u201d. Nd\u00ebrsa pjesa qendrore \u00ebsht\u00eb e dallueshme me motivin \u201cavant-corpse\u201d, e q\u00eb zakonisht e gjejm\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesat e periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Barokut. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb viteve 1955-1989, gjimnazi kishte marr\u00eb emrin e heroit jugosllav t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, Ivo Lola Ribar, dhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ishte shpallur gjimnaz shum\u00eb-gjuh\u00ebsh. Emri aktual, \u201cSami Frash\u00ebri\u201d i \u00ebsht\u00eb v<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ebn\u00eb<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> n\u00eb vitet e \u201890-ta, kur arsimtar\u00ebt dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb u larguan nga nd\u00ebrtesa dhunsh\u00ebm nga regjimi i Millosheviqit. M\u00ebsimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe vazhdoi n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb-shkolla, gjegj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e familjes s\u00eb Hertic\u00ebve.
